It happened again. Whist attending a OneFM outside broadcast I met the awesome team at Fit Freeks and, after hearing about the first Pound4Pound challenge that I got roped into in 2017, they threw down the gauntlet and once again challenged me to a body transformation for charity.

Steve (eventually) agreed to accept the challenge on the grounds that he would ‘swop’ his hard earned pounds of fat in exchange for sponsorship that would go to a worthwhile charity. For every pound of fat that Steve loses, people will pledge an amount towards one of the charities chosen.

Let’s face it, that much pain and torture shouldn’t be in vain.
